Welcome to the Super Challengers cricket team. By joining our squad, attending our training sessions, playing in our matches, or using our digital platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Code of Conduct & Fair Play
- Respect: Players, supporters, and officials must respect opponents, umpires, teammates, and facilities at all times.
- Spirit of Cricket: The Super Challengers pride themselves on being a chilled-out, welcoming group of lads. Any behavior involving abuse, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct on or off the field will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the team.
- Club Rules: All members must adhere to the rules, policies, and code of conduct set down by the Hutt District Cricket Club (HDCC) and governing local cricket associations.
2. Player Fees & Commitments
- Subscriptions: Players are responsible for paying their agreed-upon team/club subscriptions and gear levies in a timely manner.
- Availability: Players should communicate their availability for matches and training sessions well in advance to assist captains with team selection.
3. Media & Photography Consent
- By participating in Super Challengers matches or events, you grant permission for photographs, videos, and match statistics featuring your likeness to be published on our social media pages, website, and promotional materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify the team captain or manager in writing.
4. Health, Safety & Liability
- Cricket is a contact sport that carries inherent risks of injury. Players participate at their own risk.
- Players must disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries to team management prior to taking the field.
- The Super Challengers and Hutt District Cricket Club accept no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property (such as cricket gear, phones, or wallets) left at training grounds or match venues.
Changes to Policies
We reserve the right to update these Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions as our team grows or as club regulations change. Continued participation with the team constitutes acceptance of any updates.
